Solution:
- Open the profile of a peer server in the Studio
- Browse to Fiorano -> etc -> JettyServer
- In the properties of the JettyServer, set EnableStart to "yes"
- Save the profile Note: If you have started or used this peer server before, then you have to clear the peer server repository in the enterprise server and then start the peer server; Otherwise your changes will not be reflected in the peer server.
To clear the peer server repository in the enterprise server, you have to stop the enterprise server and run the clear DBServer script.
