| Solution:
Steps to configure an SMTP alert on Event Process components using Dashboard
- Launch the Dashboard and login by supplying the required credentials
- Click on the Events tab
- Click on Configure option
- Select the Event Type as “Service”

- Select the required application from the drop down
- Select the service to be monitored.
- Type in the email id to which the alerts are to be sent.
- Click on Add
- Repeat the process for other services
Any events pertaining to the selected components would be sent as alerts to the email id. |
