Mr. Atul Saini, Chairman of the Board and CEO

Mr. Atul Saini, CEO and CTO of Fiorano Software Inc. founded the company in 1995 with the vision of bringing an architectural revolution in the realm of business integration. He has solidly succeeded. Today, Fiorano provides the most comprehensive Enterprise Class Integration middleware powering Enterprise Nervous Systems of companies ranging from some of the most respected names in the Fortune 50, to Mid-Market Enterprises and SMBs. Fiorano's customers spread across fast-growing sectors such as Telecommunications, health, technology, financial services, government, manufacturing, retail and transportation.

Mr. Saini's vision of enterprise architecture is redefining business process deployment today. While other vendors struggle with archaic monolithic architectures, Fiorano's innovative ESB and SOA platform products are the only solutions built ground up with a fully distributed architecture and a completely standards based approach. This is the technology of tomorrow's real-time enterprise delivered today.

One of the first entrepreneurs to realize the power of Java and JMS, Mr. Saini led Fiorano to become the first company to release a commercial Java product based on Sun Microsystem's Java Message Service in 1998. Today Fiorano's messaging product, FioranoMQ, is the acknowledged leading Java messaging server in the high growth messaging middleware market.

Mr. Saini has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. He has been a contributing member of the C++ Standards Committee and published an authoritative work on the subject "C++ Programming with the Standard Template Library" (Addison Wesley). Prior to founding Fiorano, Mr. Saini founded Modena Software Inc. which is a leading provider of C++ and Java Test Suites and Libraries. Prior to that, Mr. Saini led compiler development at HAL Computer Systems which was later acquired by Fujitsu of Japan. Mr. Saini holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Madras.


Mr. Christopher Combs, Board Member

Mr. Combs was the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Silicon Valley Capital Partners, L.P (www.svcp.com). Silicon Valley Capital Partners is the advisor to the Global Strategy Funds, a leading provider of separate account lifestyle funds for individuals. Mr. Combs is the architect of SVCP's proprietary cycle strategy and fundamental analysis initiative. He began his career in 1985 at US Bank of Oregon where he served in various capacities including credit analysis, trust services, branch banking operations and distribution system productivity planning. After this Mr. Combs was with American Express Financial Advisors for 9 years where we was part of the Advanced Advisor Group involved in managing large investment portfolios directing Investment Strategies and Wealth Planning.

Mr. Combs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Law from Portland State University.


Mr. Srinivas Tati, Board Member

Mr. Srinivas Tati has over 18 years of experience in successfully managing large enterprise sales and operations. In 1994 Mr. Tati joined Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) where currently serves as the VP of of Oil and Gas for Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Tati holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications.


Mr. Vinod K. Dham, Member - Board of Advisors

Acclaimed worldwide as the "Father of the Pentium Processor", Mr. Vinod K. Dham is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of NewPath Ventures LLC (www.newpathventures.com).

Prior to this Mr. Dham was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Spice Inc. a start up involved in developing innovative technologies for the emerging VOIP market. Silicon Spice was acquired by Broadcom Corporation. Before Silicon Spice, Mr. Dham spent 16 years at Intel and was the Vice President and General Manager of the Microprocessor Products group, managing the Pentium, 486 and 386 Microprocessors businesses. He worked on several generations of products and was a co-inventor of Intel's Flash memory technology. After this he joined NexGen as its Chief Operating Officer, which later merged with Advanced Micro Devices, where he laid the foundation of Microprocessor development methodologies and oversaw the launch of K6 - then the world's fastest windows processor.

In 1993 Mr. Dham was named as one of the top 25 executives in the computer industry in America. In 1999 he was named as one of the top 100 most influential Asian Americans of the decade. Mr. Dham has co-authored numerous technical papers and patents.

Mr. Dham holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
