This note is to communicate our preparedness during this time of disruption to many businesses. We are continuously monitoring the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities around the globe.
This is to assure customers that Fiorano’s systems for Technical support, licensing and consulting are all fully operational with the same level of readiness and responsiveness as before this global ‘emergency’ situation. We have systems in place that allow our teams to safely work from home and alternate locations with secure connectivity to give uninterrupted support to keep your mission critical business up and running.
Fiorano’s Licensing portal is fully operational and Customers can log in as before and generate license keys, request change of IP addresses or other licensing support as may be required.
Licensing Training schedules will continue uninterrupted. Should you need to reschedule a training session, please contact our team at licensing@fiorano.com.
The Fiorano Support portal is fully operational and managed. Please continue to log your support tickets and our teams will revert to you in a timely manner.
We have remote Webex facilities should any conference call be required. Only on-site consulting services or implementation may be impacted in the short term. We are working with our individual customer requirements to reschedule any pending on-site consulting services due to lockdowns or other restrictions in the specific area of operation.
We are continuing to provide remote consulting and implementation services.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our extended Fiorano community is our utmost priority. This includes our employees, customers and partners. At the same time, we know our clients and future clients are still relying on us to keep delivering.
We are in close collaboration with our cloud providers to ensure that our clients will have no disruption to their business.
We have a special task force for those customers wanting to accelerate their Projects for integration and digital transformation due to the stress on remote working/business requirements. If you are planning an acceleration of your current implementation, please contact your Relationship Manager to discuss a proposed action plan.
We have an established business continuity plan, which covers pandemic scenarios and reflects the recent WHO guidance.
We want to make you aware of our plans and give you confidence in our ability to constantly deliver. We are committed to supporting your business and to providing continuity of service at all times.
We are working together with our global business continuity teams, services, account managers and global partners to actively monitor the situation to make sure we deliver our software and services without disruption. We will use video conference capabilities and collaboration tools to engage in virtual meetings where possible with clients, prospects and partners, keeping safety protocols and current guidance by local authorities in mind.
Fiorano is a global organization and our people are located in most countries around the world. As a technology company, communicating through email and conducting business online is something we do all the time. We understand that many of you have restricted travel and limited in-person meetings with your business partners and Fiorano is committed to work with your teams to get the support you need to keep Fiorano software running for your business.
